Here, you are going to read a BLOGSPOT/ BLOGGER TRICK TO SHOW ‘ALL SIDE BAR WIDGETS’ IN BOTH DESKTOP AND MOBILE PHONE VIEWS!

We have already seen that blogger’s blogspot is the best free platform to start your free blogging. It has no expenses at all except your internet charges. The best aspect in blogger’s blogspot is that you can monetize your blog using adsense.

Most of the users had a problem with blogger platform so far. They have a choice of many templates to choose from. However, they were not able to show the sidebar and its widgets in mobile phone view.
But, you may wish to show the sidebar widgets using the same free themes given by blogger. Hence this tutorial.
THE OLD TECHNIQUE THAT MAY OR MAY NOT WORK:
To overcome this, a html editing option, ie, adding mobile=”yes” in the html for every widget can be tried. html should be added by clicking EDIT HTML option under the theme and then clicking on JUMP TO THE WIDGET option and then adding mobile=”yes” like shown below:

Then click SAVE.
It may show error if the template is not custom one. Even if it is successfully added, the sidebar is not shown in mobile view for many.
To overcome this, I have searched and found an EASY and UNIQUE trick that is 100% successful and the easiest one to do even by beginners.
Just by making some template changes, you can do this trick.
100% SURE TRICK IS BELOW!
STEP-1: SELECT A SUPPORTING THEME
Just go to the blogger dashboard and click on the option of THEMES. Select SOHO theme set. Click on the first choice with a CAT’s image as shown in the picture below:
Then, click on the option APPLY TO BLOG.
That’s all.
This theme has sidebar option that can be shown in mobile view also.
However, the sidebar is in a hidden position that will be shown only when the Icon/ menu button(three horizontal lines) option is clicked at the left top of the page.
This too can be eliminated and the widgets of sidebar can be shown in both desktop and mobile views using a trick.
STEP-2: SHOWING ALL SIDEBAR WIDGETS IN DESKTOP
This can be done just by changing the WIDTH of post and sidebar in the theme CUSTOMIZATION.
Again click on the theme. It will show SOHO as your theme in the display. Click on the CUSTOMIZE option given below that theme.
You will go to the CUSTOMIZE options.
Click on ADVANCED. And then click on WIDTH.
Change the width as shown below.
Now, the sidebar is visible in the desktop view.
STEP-3: SHOWING ALL SIDEBAR WIDGETS IN MOBILE VIEW
In the mobile view, you can’t use the above trick by changing the width of the posts and sidebar. So, I found another trick to show widgets in the mobile view.
Go to LAYOUT option in the dashboard.
Change the position of the required widgets in the sidebar to the FOOTER part of the layout in the desired sequence. Click SAVE.
That’s all. Finished.
Now, check in the mobile phone view. You will find all the widgets in the footer portion.
After doing this second trick, all the widgets will be shown in the FOOTER in both the desktop view and mobile phone view.
You can retain the unimportant widgets (Gadgets) in the sidebar itself that can be clicked on the three lines at the top left of the page and viewed.
You can reposition important widgets including adsense widget (Gadget), Contact form, Blog Links, etc., in the footer view.
A few widgets can even be positioned below the post also.
Just play around. You will get plenty of ideas to do.
Finally, you will get your full theme with all the widgets and post beautifully.
